  1. Do you accommodate purchase orders? - Yes, we accept and accommodate purchase orders. To submit a purchase order please email our parent company Munday Scientific at info@mundaymicroscope.com Munday Scientific is registered with many Universities and Companies.  However, if we are not in your system, we are happy to fill out your vendor paperwork and submit a W9. 
  2. Could you elaborate on your return policy? Microscope Marketplace offers a 14 day money back return policy if you are not happy or change your mind on most products.  The full return policy can be found here
  3. What procedures are in place if issues arise with my order? For any issues please contact us at info@mundaymicroscope.com or 919-775-5596.  We will work with you to solve the problem as quickly as possible.  
  4. When can I expect to receive my order? Microscope Marketplace typically ships most parts and accessories on the same day if ordered on a normal business day.  If ordered on the weekend, we ship on the next available working day.  Whole microscope orders or large items typically ship within 5 business days.
  5. What are your shipping methods? Microscope Marketplace ships exclusively with UPS and freight carriers.  If the item is too large to be shipped UPS, it will be shipped freight to make sure you receive safe delivery.
  6. Do you offer international shipping services? We will ship internationally but typically the customer is responsible for all additional shipping costs.  We also prefer the customer to handle all import paperwork.  That way products arrive quickly through your country's import process.
  7. Is there a warranty included with my purchase? Yes, there are warranties on most products.  To find all warranty information on refurbished microscopes click here and other parts click here. All new products will default to the manufacturers warranty for that specific product.

  10. Do you accept trade-ins? Yes, we love microscope trade ins.  Send a photo of your microscope or microscope parts to info@mundaymicroscope.com and we can discuss the value of your trade.  We also are happy to purchase your equipment even if you are not purchasing from us.  To see a fully list of equipment we prefer click here
  11. Where is your company located? Microscope Marketplace is located in beautiful Sanford, North Carolina.  We are proud to operate in Lee County.
  12. How long have you been operating? Munday Scientific and Microscope Marketplace have been selling and servicing microscopes since 1987.  
  13. Which brands are featured in your inventory? Microscope Marketplace offers several microscope brands and accessories from major manufacturers like Olympus, Nikon, Leica and Zeiss.  We also carry cameras from Tucesen, Accu-Scope and Jenoptik. Tokai-Hit, OKO-LAB, SCHOTT, Excelitas, Lumencor and CoolLED are in our product line up as well.

  15. Can a camera be integrated with my microscope? Yes, most microscopes can accept a camera.  We will work with you to find the best solution for your system.  Contact us with any questions.
  16. What explains the significant price variation between seemingly identical microscopes?
