This warranty is subject to the terms and conditions outlined below:

1. Warranty Coverage: This 90-day warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship of the objective. The warranty period starts from the date of purchase and is valid for 90 days thereafter.

2. Warranty Exclusions: This warranty does not cover damages or defects resulting from the following:

Exposure to extreme environmental conditions, such as excessive heat, moisture, or humidity. d. Use of the objective for purposes other than its intended application. e. 3. Warranty Claim Procedure: If you encounter any issues covered by this warranty, please follow these steps to initiate a warranty claim:

   a. Contact our Customer Support Team: Notify us about the issue by contacting our customer support team via phone or email. Provide the following information:

   • Objective model and serial number (if applicable).
   • Date of purchase and place of purchase (retailer or online store).
   • Detailed description of the issue you are experiencing.

   b. Evaluation and Resolution: Once we receive your warranty claim, our team will evaluate the issue and determine if it falls under the warranty coverage.    c. Return or Shipping: If the objective needs to be returned for repair or replacement, you will be provided with instructions and a return shipping label. Shipping costs for the return of the objective to our facility will be your responsibility. However, we will cover the shipping costs for sending the repaired or replaced objective back to you.

4. Limitation of Liability: Our liability under this warranty is limited solely to the repair or replacement of the objective as specified above. In no event shall we be liable for any consequential, incidental, or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the objective, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

5. Governing Law: This warranty shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of North Carolina, without regard to its conflicts of law principles.

6. Warranty Transferability: This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the objective.
