  • Optical System: Infinity optical system, f = 180mm, anti-mold.
  • Viewing Head: Trinocular, Siedentopf type. Inclined 30°, rotatable 360°. Eyepoint height can be adjusted 180° to accommodate users of different builds. Interpupillary distance adjustment 50mm-75mm. Two-position light path selector: 100% eyepieces, 80% eyepieces/20% camera port.
  • Eyepieces: WF 10x/20mm focusing eyepieces. Eyepieces can be locked-in. Eyepiece accepts a 26.5mm reticle. Optional 12.5x, 15x and 20x eyepieces are also available.

  • Fluorescence: Integrated single-channel LED fluorescence accessory; available channels are 470 for FITC/GFP, 470 with long-pass emission for Acridine Orange, 455 for TB, 365 for DAPI/Calcofluor White, 560 for Texas Red.
