The Inspectis Microscope 90º Side-View BGA Small Lens is a precision optical accessory designed for side-view inspection of hidden solder joints on BGA, µBGA, FipChip, CGA, CSP, SMD, and other surface-mounted components. These small side-view lenses offer powerful optics that deliver clear images of features down to ~40 µm stand-off that can’t be seen with conventional top-down objectives, making them ideal for electronics inspection, board-level quality control, and semiconductor analysis.

Two lens options are available — the standard small lens and the extended magnification (XM) small lens — giving you flexibility in working distance, on-screen magnification range, and field of view to suit different inspection needs.
