EMZ-5TR: Microscope Head
The EMZ-5TR trinocular zoom body is used for photography and video applications. When the beamsplitter is engaged, 100% of the light from the left optical path is directed to the phototube. The image can still be viewed through the right eyetube. The EMZ-5TR employs greenough optics for improved image flatness and contrast. The EMZ-5TR offers high resolution erect unreversed stereoscopic image. In addition to its compact design and versatility, a wide variety of auxiliary lenses and stands are available to allow the user to customize their desired working distance to adapt to almost any application. Photomicrography made easy with over 300 available digital, analog and SLR camera adapters.

Ergonomic Design:
All EMZ Series zoom stereo microscope bodies feature a compact lightweight design. Every stereo body features adjustment diopter tubes and interpupillary distance adjustment. Observation tubes are inclined at 45°, 60° or 90° for convenient fatigue free viewing depending on the application, A range of fixed of tilting focus blocks are available to mount the microscope body onto existing O.E.M. equipment. A choice of Zoom, Turret or Fixed magnification bodies with various working distances, optional auxiliary objectives and eyepieces, multiple adjustable stands, versatile illumination systems, and auxiliary components allow the end user to design a system to fulfill their specific requirements.

Focusing holder with rack and pinion mount that allows smooth, precise focusing over 55mm of travel. Coarse focus mechanism incorporates a slip clutch and tension adjustment. Fits 20mm diameter, 71mm long mounting post. The 84.2mm diameter opening accepts all EM Series stereo bodies.
BD-M-LED: Pole StandÂ
BD-M-LED is a wide surface LED Brightfield/Darkfield stand for applications that require transmitted oblique illumination or angle light is required. This is a popular stand for protein crystallography, equine or bovine embryo transfer. This specialized stand contains a reflection mirror in the base that is rotatable which allows the LED illumination to hit the sample at oblique angles. This stand is a simple and popular method for rendering unstained and transparent specimens clearly visible, small aquatic organisms, oocytes, have refractive index ranging from 1.4-1.2 which has a negligible difference from their surrounding aqueous medium. This type of specimens are ideal candidates for observation with darkfield illumination techniques. The mirror can also slide forward and back to provide maximum light angle control. There is a locking ring once a desired angle is reached.
