The Ohaus SHRK07AL2 has seperate control knobs for tilt, speed, and time. Model # 30391966 has a stepper motor that reaches speeds of 1 rpm - 75 rpm; increasing speed slowly to avoid splashing and spilling. This model also has a 14 inch x 11 inch tray with non-slip rubber mat.
